System type: 64-bit

I'm looking to upgrade to a GTX 960 some day here. Currently I have a GTX 645
I just ordered the  330W AC Adaptor and was wondering if this would be an ideal graphics card:

GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 960 2GB Mini ITX OC EDITION

I went for a 960 over a a 970 just because it was cheaper but if someone could help me out here and let me know that would be great!
