Hi!  I have a dimension xps t600r.  Our Canon printer went bad.  I need a simple printer until we can afford to purchase a new computer.  Purchased a HP 3620 (which works great with my daughter's inspiron).  Attempted to install the software and when it asks to attach the usb cable to the computer a message "a fatal exception OE has occured at 0028:41303730" and when i use a key my screen goes black.  I have restarted my computer, started over, nothing works - I always end up with the fatal exception message.  Can anyone help?  thank you.
