Hello,

I'm wanting to maybe upgrade the PSU or Graphics card in my XPS 8500 but just want to make sure before I do so.

Basically, I've asked around on a few forums and nobody seems to be giving me a solid or reliable answer.

What I want to know is which Corsair power supplies would be compatible with my system and fit. I ideally want one that will future proof me so I can upgrade video card in the future. i.e. with good connectors.

I've been looking at this Corsair power supplie, will it work? and can you suggest anymore?

Again no helpful answers from other forums,

Which nVidia graphics cards would work in my current stock machine (I have an Intel i7 3rd gen, 8GB ram)

and which card could I get if I we're to upgrade to a more powerful power supply.
