I use Internet Explorer and I get my email through Outlook. I don't have a problem connecting to the Internet (dial-up) but when I try to go to web pages through Internet Explorer I get the message "This Page Cannot be Displayed". It says this all the time I can't get to any websites. I also cannot get my email through Outlook (i can get email by using Mail2Web.com), but Outlook does not download my email.  I did take my computer to someone and he cleaned it out (something about Windsocks and Cookies), he installed spyware also. I took it home and was able to get on the internet for a short amount of time then it went back to saying "This Page Cannot be Displayed".

 

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas.
