Which memory modules will work in a Dell XPS 420?

I am looking at upgrading my Dell XPS 420 memory and want to ensure I get some that is compatible.  I have checked on the crucial web site and see that the Dell XPS 420 supports the following DDR2:-

PC2-5300 (which is what is currently installed - 4x1GB)

PC2-6400

PC2-8500

I must admit I only thought the XPS 420 support up to the 6400?  I would like to go to 8500 as this is better?

Which of the following memory upgrades would you suggest and can you advise if they will work or not:-

All of these are around £100 which is my budget, however if I can get cheaper then great.

Are there are better and more suitable modules I haven't considered?

Thanks

Mark
