Sorry for posting on a new thread, i just find the other upgrade  posts too clogged up.

Can anyone tell me if my xps 710 is eligible for the upgrade programme. I entered my service tag and it says not eligible.

I just bought this last week LOL, and would like to have the latest upgrades possibilty which the 710 doesnt give you.

 

any answers please ???
