Hi there I have an inspiron e1505 laptop.  The thing has been a work horse until now.

 

I decided to take the operating system back to the original format by using the control f11 feature.  Once it was finished it rebooted to the screen

"disk read error..ctrl+alt+delete" 

When this is done it just goes back to the same screen over and over again. If I try to complete the control f11 again it says it was unsuccessful.

When I ran the system diagnostic test the error 1000-0146, 1000-0141 shows up.

I do not have any boot disk.

Any help would be gratly appreciated.
