When the D600 is in the dock, it will not boot.  It goes through BIOS and then sits at a blinking prompt.  Cntrl-Alt-Del will reboot the computer, but Windows XP will not boot.

Taking the laptop out of the dock, then starting it up, then hot docking it fixes the problem.

Any ideas?
