Hello there!

Around 8 months ago I replaced the hard drive on my Alienware M11x r3 and quadrupled the RAM from 4-16. At that point, it was the fastest the computer had ever run. However, in the last 3 months it has experienced a severe drop in performance. Games that used to run 260-320 fps now only run 10-35. I checked that all my drivers are up to date, installed all computer updates, defragmented my hard drive, and checked for viruses with ESET antivirus. Even booting up video games and applications like Google Chrome can slow my computer severely. 

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
