While synching his Treo 600 to the USB port in the back of his Inspirion 1150 my sales guy's phone rang.  He clicked it to voice mail but now neither of the USB ports in the laptop work with any USB device I've tried in them and his sound card doesn't work.  It's warranty was up 3/6.  Any ideas on what could have happened?
