Just recieved my shiney new studio 16. After the initial charge I started to have a play with it while it was connected to the AC adapter. Played a few games and all of a sudden the screen dimms and the blue LED on the AC adapter goes off, so it stops charging.

Pull the adapter out and back in, no change. unplug and plug back in and again no change. Uplugged the adapter and had a look at the block itself and it was very very hot. Is this normal? it is very thin (compared to D series AC adapters I am used too). After a while i connected it all back up and it charged no problem. Anyone else seen or heard of this? seems like a possible heat issue in the adapter.

Any advice would be good before going back to Dell.
