Hi, 

I just signed up to this forum since we basically only buy Dell monitors for the firm that I support. I have a fairly new monitor that is acting weird and I just thought I would ask for help trying to resolve my issue. 

I believe the monitor is in a state called "BurnIn mode" where it just flashes through all colors full screen. What I am not sure of is 1. how it got to this state?  2. how I can turn that mode off?  3. if it's not a certain mode does it mean the monitor is shot?
