I have lost the large base stand screw visible on page 22 of this manual.

I cannot find the dimensions of this screw in any documentation to buy my own replacement. Calling technical support was useless, they told me I was out of warranty and they could not help. Would anyone know the dimensions or where I can get a replacement?
