Hi, i have just bought dell monitor U2713H and i have problem with usb. sound that appear during work is really annoying. It's something similar to buzzy sound when you fill Notepad with # but i think it's just sound of port's work. Is that normal or not? Can I do something about that.

My second question concernes icons. Every time when i turn off and turn on monitor, icons changes their position on my desktop. What's going on?

Everything except this works fine.
