OpenJDK and Networker Console 9.2.2

Hi,

 

is OpenJDK (1.8) supported to Start Networker Console "gconsole.jnlp"?

When i try to Start, Login Screen is starting then Login. But then Failure "There is a problem contacting the server, backupserver. Please verify that the server is running."

With Oracle JRE all are fine. But how can i Handle this with Oracle's new License to Java?

    I have used OpenJDK before for testing on Cent Os but not recently, So I am sure it does work with NetWorker. May be you can use NetWorker Runtime Enviornment(NRE) which has Java bundled within it and is provided by EMC .
