I want to confirm the difference of LAG and LACP more . I understood that LAG is "static" and LACP is "dynamic".But I'm not sure about other thing. For example,is there any difference on loadbalance  between LAG and LACP ?

Does they do a loadbalance based on a last 3 bits of destination mac address or destination ip address ? If yes,how can I select the dest mac or dest ip to use in configuration ? Then how can I confirm it ? 

And only in PC33xx, does it do a loadbalance based on a source mac or destination mac address ? If yes,how can I select the source mac or dest mac to use in configuration? Then how can I confirm it ?
