We have multiple 9020 systems that are encountering a bootloop issue which started Friday, 5/29. The issue appears to be affecting 9020 systems that originally had Windows 7 installed and were updated to Windows 10 some time ago. The systems will boot to the Windows 10 loading screen, then appear to load a Windows 10 Safe Mode loading screen (much larger, but clear, Windows 10 icon and loading icon), then the system will restart automatically (even if automatic restart is disabled) and continue the process. Eventually, after many reboots and much time, it will reach the Startup Repair menu which does not resolve the issue. 

We've tested updating the BIOS, cold restarting the systems, running startup repair, running startup repair with installation media, running bootrec repair commands (although bootrec /fixboot reports "Access is denied").

The only fix so far we have found is re-installing Windows 10. Is this a known issue at all or are there any other suggested fixes?
