sbs 2003 standard on dell PE 2800 with PERC 4e/Di, C: RADI 1, E: RAID 5.

We are having to replace the server motherboard. How would it impact the server with the new NICs and possibly PERC card?  Would the RAID go and disk's data wiped with new motherbaord? Are any special steps required for smooth turn over?
