We've got an R320 running Windows 2012 R2 which whenever it restarts (including authomatically) it powers off rather than rebooting and needs switching back on.

We've updated all drivers and firmware, checked the BIOS and lifecycle settings and it's still doing it.  We have two other R320 which work fine.  I'm at a bit of a loss what on earth could be causing it
