Windows server 2008 SBS activation after reinstallation

Hello,

we have reinstalled PE server with Windows Server 2008 SBS OEM license license and now the activation process fails. MS told us the key is locked by the OEM and suggested to contact DELL to unlock the license. The DELL support team answered that the machine has no warranty anymore and so they could not help us.

What's the solution please?
