Remove magazine(s) and check for physical obstructions such as media on the floor of the library or loose media labels. If none found, run the 'Library Verify Test' to see if the problem reoccurs. If the problem is consistent, we need treplace chassis, but part is not available.

unfortunately not, the system is too old and parts are probably not available.

Try to do this

Remove magazine(s) and check for physical obstructions such as media on the floor of the library or loose media labels. If none found, run the 'Library Verify Test' to see if the problem reoccurs. If the problem is consistent, we need to replace chassis, but it is not available to replace anymore.
