Command Update, Support Assist errors and system shutdown

Hello I have a Precision 3551 and I'm experiencing these problems:

since yesterday I can no longer run Dell Command Update. The application splash screen starts and then disappears.

Also if I run SupportAssist, it shows a message "An error has occurred, etc...."

I tried to unistall both of them and download fresh installation packages from Dell support site.

Support Assist won't install anymore.

Command Update ends with an error 1920 Service Dell Client Management Service failed to start.

In windows event log I see this entry:

{ServiceShell.Program->FATAL} Failed to Secure the service root folder
System.Exception: Failed to Secure the service root folder
in ServiceShell.Program.Main()

I'm no longer able to update my system.

Also some time to time, a "slide to shutdown" panel appears and system suddenly shuts down without any other action. When this happens, no evidence is shown in the windows event log except a "Windows Error Reporting" with LiveKernelEvent event name.

Any suggestion?
