If you upgrade to SP2 throw your Dell A940 in the garbage.

Dell employee's are very aware of this but nothing is being stated openly about it.

If you upgraded and now your A940 doesn't print but it scans and copies then you have 2 choices, Keep putting up with it or uninstall SP2.

Doesn't make a lot of sense does it. But the printer is a Lexmark and Microsoft openly admits tht they do not support them in SP2.

If only dell would now admit it and help out by denying there's a problem.
