When manually focusing my M409WX projector there is about 1 full turn of play in the focus ring. In other words, I turn it one direction to focus. But I go a bit too far and need to turn it back. But I have to turn it a full turn before it affects the focus. Since I have to turn it that far and don't know when it will catch, I wind up going too far that direction. I tried calling tech support but it seemed I could never explain it in a way that they understood . The question is...should I expect when I turn the focus ring for there to be an immediate response (which seems normal to me) or is a full turn of play in the focus ring expected for some reason? It does make it hard to focus.
