One of our monitoring tools is reporting that our newly installed Secure Gateway Connect (upgraded from ESRS) is making queries to mailhub.lss.emc.com just about every 30 minutes and failing. This host does not seem to resolve at all-is something offline that the appliance is trying to contact for email notifications?
