i just reformatted my hard drive. everything works except for my dvd drive. i unistalled and reistalled the drivers and checked for updates. None of this worked. i also tried to reformat again but the problem with reformatting is the dvd drive is also my D drive. i am not sure what to do and it is really frustrating me.
