Perc 320/DC degrades Raid 0 array

Hello,

I got some serious problems with the Perc 320/DC in our Precision 650 Workstation. We have these workstations running for 4 weeks now and 3 of our 6 workstations have problems with the raid 0 array. I get a blue screen under windows XP (Kernel_stack_inpage_error; improper termination or defective cabling on SCSI-based devices). When i reboot the computer, the raid controller reports that the array has a missing member, but both harddrives are running smoothly... 2 of controllers have set the array status to 'degraded' one has set it on 'phantom'.

Is there a possibility to reset the array status to 'optimal'? (both hdd's are ok, so theoretically that sould be possible)

Is there perhaps an incompatibility between Precision 650 and the Perc 320/dc? There's a firmware-update for the adaptec-equivalent of this controller that solves a problem with intel-chipsets.

Any idea what i can do to fix my computers?
