I have tried starting my computer this morning and a blue box comes up saying:

 

Stop: C000218 (registry file failure)

The registry cannot load the hove (file):

\systemRoot\System32\config\SOFTWARE

or its log or alternate.

 

It is corrupt, absent, or not writable

 

Beginning dump of physical memory

Physical memory dump compleate.

Contact your system administrator or technical support group for further assistance.

 

 

 

This is what is showing.  I have tried rebooting the system in safe mode a number of times but it just comes back to this blue box with the about message.

 

Can anyone help please?
