I recently had a open service request. The request should be closed but like every hour or so Support Assist pops up and ask.

Looking for help with Support request  ? Even with the ticket closed it keeps asking. Also when I open Support Assist program it pops up asking also. I hope these images show. The my desktop screenshot may look funny because I have dual monitors one is slightly smaller. How do I stop this from asking? 

Also the startup diagnostics at the Dell Logo not in Windows. Is there a way to clear the History? I had a non Dell drive connected and the drive was bad. When I booted in Windows Support Assist went crazy telling me a bad drive bla bla bla. I don't know what happened but all of a sudden I was notified I was being sent a new drive. 

This was not even a drive sent from Dell it was actually a 4 TB at one time it was external but I took it apart. And took the drive out. I just want to know how do I clear the ePSA diagnostic log?
