The open manage 4.4 manage node service pack installation (OMI-SysMgmt440-32-339_A00.msp)fails on every machine I tested with the error that the product to be patched is not installed (but it is definitely).

 

Having a look at the log file shows a GUID missing{B75FBC14-F22D-4190-B50D-648A754C534D}. Searching the registriy for the GUID had no results.

 

The systems tested were PowerEdge 2650 an 2850 with Windows 2003 SP1 (german).

 

Any hints?
