I have a Venue 7 running Android that I do not know the PIN to get into the OS (son changed password and can't remember). Is there anyone that knows how to do a factory reset of the device as I tried volume down + power which puts it into safe mode but same issue. I tried Dell support and it went out of warranty 8 days ago so no help and chat just keeps ending the session without answering my question. TIA
