Hello I have the Spyware virus and i don't know what to do. I was going to buy on line Norton Antivirus (up grade) but i am afraid of giving my card details on line, as i read that the virus can copy data. is it safe??

Is there anything i can do to get the naked "lady" out of my computer and get rid of the "STOP" sign... they are driving me crazy and i can't work anymore!!!!

It says that i should click in the link they give but i don't think is safe

Please HELP.........
