I have a couple of Dell programs of sort that want to load up with Vista and I want to know if they are safe to stop them from loading at bootup time with Defender.  They appear to be okay but I just want to check first.

 

One is DSCA.exe has to do with the Dell support Center and

EULALauncher.exe      

 

I would like these to not load up at startup.
