MY DELL profile says that "No backup software installed". I click on the link and download and install 1.6.1.1. Once it starts, it stops and I get an error... "Factorysetup error 5". Please advice or provide a solution, thank you. My laptop is an Inspiron 15R 5521 and only a few days of use, purchased December 28, 2013.
