Hi guys,

Can anyone shed some light on to why my tracks 'jump' (as if they have been copied from a scratched cd) in windows media player? Every track does it at some point, just a little blip, but its enough to be very annoying. I've read that iTunes and Quicktime can cause interference, the laptop had iTunes installed when I got it, but I have removed it although Quicktime is still present. It also takes a good few seconds to load a track when I double click it?
