It takes an average of about 15 seconds for me to open an email message in Windows Mail.  When I click on another message, it's another 15 seconds.  If I switch to Sent Mail folder, I wait about 30 seconds for the folder to open and display the first message on the list.  If I type something in a new message, and then highlight it and start typing over it, nothing happens for about 25 seconds, then the old text finally disappears and my new typing finally appears.

 

Does anyone know what is wrong with it?  Currently, I am assuming that a fix is needed from Microsoft, either a hotfix or something in the next Service Pack.
