About two weeks ago I went to computer and could not get any ads or the free video player on FoxNews.com, nor similar news popups on MSNBC, etc., can see video on MSNBC since they use different viewer. Have Norton Internet Security 2005. Norton tried to help but says supplier needs to help. turned Norton off but no joy. Dell is a joke as they want fee for help after first 30 days(!!)and MS says must get help from Dell since they installed software. Suspect this caused by an MS/Windows update. Seems that randomly my e-mail switches from Outlook Express to Outlook and this happened at the same time. First two times I just reset computer but would lose too much now if I went back to a happier day. HELP!
