upgrade hardware precision 7910

Good morning,I'd like to upgrade two Precision 7910 workstations to install Windows 11 Pro.I've been reading online and saw that I could use a Xeon E5 2699 v4 processor and also upgrade the TPM firmware from 1.2 to 2.0.
