Payable Android version

Hi. I downloaded the beta version a few weeks ago and then subsequently bought the app via my android
phone.
I had an email to say that the item has been charged to my card but have heard nothing since and I want
to upgrade to the full version
can someone advise on what i need to do next as the beta version expires today and i keep getting beta
expiry emails but nothing about the version i have bought
