Session Disconnected

Trying to connect to a VNC Server (windows based) and keep receiving "Session Disconnected" This works fine from other machines.

I am using Real VNC Server Enterprise edition. I can monkey with the encryption but cannot change the software, I spent a considerable amount of money for it.
