My dell app cannot start, error starting net command

the app MY Dell do not start and continue to crash when trying to launch the net command. I would like to to use the app but the problem is that the Dell website do not allow me to install dell power management service since the website identify the MY DELL app although I remove it.

It is ridiculous, I have an XPS 9315 that should be the best of.
