Power surge - System not booting properly

Hi there,

Yesterday I had a power surge while using my Computer and the breaker blew shutting it off.

Now when I boot up my PC I am taken to a black screen that says "The file is possibly corrupt. The file header checksum does not match the computed checksum."

Occasionally I'll also get a screen after that, that is a .exe file "C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogonUI.exe". It says "Press Ctrl-Alt-Del to unlock". But nothing occurs.

I am running Windows 10. This is a 2012 Dell XPS. The graphics card and power supply are the only newish components, about 4 years old. Everything else is stock from purchase. I've never had an issue like this before.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you
