My Dell XPS 7390 2in1 will not boot up. When the power button is pressed the dell logo appears for about 4 seconds then disappears. I’ve tried to hard reset, but it does not work. When I took the battery out and drained the residual power out then plugged the power into the laptop, it wouldn’t even turn on. From looking around it seems like it is supposed to turn on if I have it connected to power but it does not. The laptop dies before I can boot up into BIOS. I’m debating getting a new battery but I’m just not sure that’s the problem.
