Dell XPS 9500 quick charge

Dell XPS 9500 can recharge smartphone with quick charge?
Mine can't deliver enoght power to do the quick charge, is this a problem of my laptop?
For quick charge I need 5V and 2A, but I think it deliver only 1A  from all the USB-C of the computer.
