Touchscreen issue

Hello, I have the following issue with my Dell XPS 9310 with a touchscreen.
Suddenly, the screen went black and the PC did not respond in any way, not even when closing the lid. After about a minute, it restarted on its own.

Everything works fine except for the touch of the screen.
I tried entering the BIOS; it is enabled there, but it still not working.

Is there anything else I can do, or do I have to accept that I’ll have to do without the touchscreen?
