October 28, 2025: After the latest Dell update on an XPS 13 9350, the laptop won't finish loading Windows 11 Pro. Support suggested resetting the PC, and the result was ultimately the same. A technician needs to come and fix the PC now, but the parts will likely arrive on November 9th. We'll know when the technician can arrive later...

It takes more than 10 days to fix a problem on a company device worth more than €1,750.
