I would like to reduce the Tap sensitivity of the touchpad. Windows 11 touchpad settings includes being able to select Tap sensitivity ranging from Most sensitive to Low sensitivity, but the sensitivity to Taps does not change. The lightest/slowest touch is always being interpreted as a Tap.

Dell Support have replaced the keyboard/touchpad assembly and the new touchpad behaves identically. The touchpad driver is the default Windows 11 driver dating back to 2006. Uninstalling the driver and reinstalling made no difference. Dell Update does not offer a newer driver.

Has anyone in the community been able to change the Tap sensitivity and have the sensitivity change?
