I have been using the WD19TB to connect two 4K Samsung monitors and three USB hard drives. Recently I received an 'Application Cannot Run - This Thunderbolt application is not in use anymore and can be safely uninstalled'  message, and since then my monitor attached using the USB C to DP port of the dock works intermittently when switching on my laptop, Also none of the usb ports recognise any usb device. All devices work when connected direct to my laptop. DELL have replaced the original dock (6 months old) and I am having the same issue. I have updated BIOS, and all other drivers and although the monitors work most of the time, none of the usb ports work. DELL are send another docking station but they recon this is a software issue NOT an issue with the docking station and therefore is not covered by warranty.

Any advice would be appreciated.
