I bought an Alienware m15 R6. It was delivered then there was a hardware issue in external speakers on the first day itself. This issue has been addressed and sealed the defect product as DOA. Then it was replaced with a New system after a couple of tests.

4 months later I am facing another hardware issue in it. Like frequently I am facing residual power static electricity remains in laptop even after the laptop is turned off. I am very disappointed with Dell' Alienware Product with such poor hardware. This is second new laptop replaced by Dell which also has hardware issues.

Every time I need to remove the battery and drain the flea power static electricity. This is very problematic.
