Greetings .

I'am currently using Dell Inspiron 14 - 3467.... The fan is stops spinning after windows have booted. Maybe 3 - 6 seconds and the fan will stop spinning. I tried to clean my fan and also reset the bios but still it doesn't fix it. I had also run the diagnostic test in automatic test, when it comes to CPU Fan testing theres an error popping and saying that, "Insuficient power, do you want to continue ?" . My charger is currently plugged in when i tried to run the diagnostic.. Hope you can help me please. Thank you !
